More melodies and harmonies from John and Linda Relph on mandolin and fiddle, respectively....this starts out with Miller's Reel, then segues into Big Sandy River, with first John playing a harmony, then switching up so Linda is playing the harmony. Pretty cool tunes.... Recorded on Sunday August 23rd, 2009.

  • Really nice playing

  • Gret stuff, guys! Mighty fine fiddling and superb mando chops too!

  • Fabulous playing. As a fairly new player, what is John doing when he is playing chordal melody? WHere does he find those chords? Are they inversions of the standard 3 or 4 chords in the tune?

  • That Miller's Reel is just heavenly Texas fiddling. Makes my mind's nose smell the Weiser HS gym! ;-) Fab mando pickin' too. More more more more more more, please.

  • It's amazing what just two people can do with two instruments when they know what they are doing. nice playing!

  • Sweet!

  • I really enjoy this! Thanks!

  • Excellent playing of a couple of good tunes.

Must put these two together in a "set" myself.
