  • i've just added a DI canister to my system and when I let water run through the system, and through the DI i notice that the water level in the DI canister falls to about 75% full and i see water trickling inside the canister.. it then drops to 50% and trickles until i cut the water off and then it fills up to full again. is this normal? i thought it was supposed to always be completely full so i don't see flow at all like my 1st stage sediment filter.

  • air is getting caught in there because it can not pass through the water to enter the bottom of the cartridge and escape. Doesn't harm anything and is normal. If it bothers you just open the canister while the unit is on and let the air escape while it fills with water.

  • you can just turn the included ball valve to off or disconnect the whole unit if you wish .

  • I bought mine from them. It's fabulous and at a GREAT PRICE!

  • We're glad you're happy with it! Don't hesitate to let us know if we can help you with anything else.
