I've got the same build but with life siphon instead of his 2nd necro skill (dont have the skill yet). Takes skill to time around the disrupts. Best way is to either use other necro skill as decoy then when interupt is charging cast SS or to wait for them to start using mighty blow and use SS then.
Takes a few loads to get the trolls in a good position like that too.
