@PaulDonaldRoy It has to take a breath first to be considered murder--otherwise, it's called unlawful abortion, something like that. And have you ever miscarried in your first trimester and looked at what comes out of your vagina? It IS just tissue, and it shouldn't have the same--much less greater--rights than I have.

in many states, someone can be convicted of murder if they deliberately cause a miscarriage. unless that person is a doctor who was asked by the mother to do it, in which case it is abortion. either way, it was a human being who was deliberately killed.
if it were just tissue, and not a person, then it doesn't deserve any legal protection of its own. the fact is, everyone knows it is a baby, and it behaves as such from the first trimester.
