Nevadans for Sensible Marijuana Laws campaign manager Dave Schwartz discusses the petition to put a measure that taxes and regulates marijuana like alcohol on the Nevada ballot in 2012. This initiative would allow persons 21 and over to possess and transport up to an ounce of marijuana, and would allow for commercial sales at licensed outlets. 01/06/2010

So it days away from 2012. Were are we at with this deal? Are we ever going to get this deal in play? My 2012 new year's wish is that big brother would stay out of my life. Peace!

Couldn't be more proud of Nevada, we won the Golden Ace Award with our pot documentary in last year's Las Vegas International Film Festival. This is a major deal. Can you imagine being able to get a Hooka at the Casinos, game on!

Yeah that's what they always say> He is a DICK!!!! Anslinger started it, Nixon bolstered it, Ronnie and Nancy "gatewayed" and demonized it, and Bush Sr. classified it as a danger. The DICKS of the world will always ASSume cannbis users want all drugs legal. That man is a DICK.

The Gateway theory is indeed a myth. I started smoking 30 years ago, have never done harder drugs, and even quit drinking while I still choose to smoke! It is safer! Take that Mr. Asshole!

its funny how the government is treating marijuana as some DRUG that destroys lives... When it has done the exact opposite on my part haha
