This was my entry in a contest a little over a year ago. The theme of the contest was environmentally friendly products, so I created this science fiction type bike.

Everything was modeled, textured, animated, and rendered in Cinema 4D. There is some post work (motion blur, and the "green" icons") that was done in After Effects.

This entry won first place, and my prize was the Special Edition Boxx workstation that I am currently using.

The winning contest entries can be found at this link.... http://www.boxxtech.com/members/green/green_winners.asp

There are some parts of the bike that are very low poly (low detailed), and that was because I was using a very old computer at the time, and it was not capable of working with huge scene files.

  • My god that was beautiful!! I am trying to learn cinema 4d and after effects now but Ive always modelled in Solidworks so it's a pain.. Have you done any tutorials for stuff like this?

  • @Tk0mma I have some C4D tutorials, but not on this particular bike.

  • This might seem stupid but.. Why do I need After Effect if I have Cinema 4D?

    Thanks in advance

  • Maybe you must contact by sending your work to the Suzuki design department. Who knows maybe you will make them to finish it and put it again in the production line.Very good work you have done it did.
