This is a mockumentary about my Folie A Post It Note scheme.
Basically because I was so busy at work and school by the time i found out about Citizens For Our Betterment it was over and i missed all the mystery and clues and hype. I was so disappointed about missing it (cause i LOVE stuff like that) that i decided to do a CFOB of my own. I got Post It Notes and on them i wrote down clues about the release of Folie A Deux then posted them all over Melbourne city for about two or three weeks.
I posted them in comic book stores, in the strings of guitars in guitar shops, Dangerfeild, Retro star, mac donalds, kfc, general book stores, magazine shops, punk shops, busses, trams, trains, chocolate shops, arcades, statues, shoe shops, several public bathroom mirrors, inside display mags, in menus, and in cd stores like sanity, JB hifi and Virgin.
I wore the Bug Eyed Hoodie while doing it and it was so, so much fun. I loved hiding and watching people find them and read them or see the looks people where giving me when i posted them lol The clues themselves where a lot of fun to write too.
Eventually i had to do a project for school and since i was so short on time i used Folie A Post It as the subject for my project and made this short film about it.
My wonderful friends Emi (camera girl) and Lyns (random people on the street girl) helped me immensely with this vid so thank you so much girls!
Oh and i know i spelt Clandestine wrong, i was in a big hurry when i was making it and i'm a shocking speller as it is.
This was always a completely non-profit exercise and was done for the fun of it and to give my favorite band some free, cool-as advertising.
