You can't translate one situation, e.g. public schools vs. private schools, and translate that to another issue (UltraSWG). You also can't distract yourself from the issue with one quote that is unrelated to the issue (sniper6081 & terrence0258). You are also offering any real solution by being sarcastic about the issue (terrence0258 & PatricksTime). FInally, you can't use hyperbole to win your argument or offer solutions (PatricksTime). Do public schools have HUGE advantages over private schools?

No.

Then why do parents still send their kids to public schools?

Why do adults go to community colleges? Why do they go to State colleges? Why doesn't everyone go to Harvard, Yale, Stanford, or Princeton?

The public option worked for education and it will also work for health care.
