a)he didn't ask anything that hadn't been asked before & b)there was NO "Secret Service" present that day. The men in suits, behind the Police, were ACCENT members. ACCENT is the group that sponsored the forum & set & enforced their rules.

He was asking his questions a little too aggressively...maybe. But nonetheless, he does have a right to ask anyone of those questions. Freedom of speech. !st ammendment right. It's right there. He did not put anyone in harms way, he only spoke his mind. That's all he did. They should have let him finished. He had 2 more questions and than it would have been over, john carey would have answered the questions and no harm done. I want to know which laws he broke.

"he does have a right to ask anyone of those questions" No, he did not. He was given the undeserved chance to follow the forum rules & ask a question & he could have asked any ONE question but ONLY if it was within the confines of the forum rules. This was not two people sitting in a park talking. This was an ACCENT sponsored forum that had already been announced to be over.
"That's all he did." THAT sentence proves you have no clue about the events of that day.

redrumrob, which ones did he brake ? The one not listening to an officer ? Which law did he brake in the first place which gave the officer the right to impose his own power upon this individual ? So far, all I've seen as a response here is "he broke the law" Was he being a little arrogant...yes he was. there is no law which states he cannot express his frustration and anger while asking a question. He did not cause any harm to anyone. So I fail to see what he did wrong other than act

"which laws did he brake ?" The laws he broke, in the order he broke them were:
Disturbing the Peace
Trespassing
Resisting an Officer with Violence
Inciting a Riot
Assaulting an Officer
Resisting Arrest
"So far, all I've seen as a response here is "he broke the law". Yeah, that's what got him arrested. Only a complete idiot would say he was arrested for what he said.
