Strasburg Railroad | September 2011

Two days of shooting and riding the Strasburg Railroad's excursion trains and equipment moves. We start off by watching SW8 #8618 move some cars around, then take a ride on the train behind 4-8-0 #475, the only known operating 4-8-0 in North America. We'l ride the open-air observation platform abutting the locomotive taking in the sights and sounds of the locomotive, all the way to the Amtrak interchange at Leaman Place where the locomotive runs around the train and pulls us back to Strasburg. Then we'll watch Railcar #10 handle the 3:00 run and #475 moving #89 inside the engine shed.
