@AsherWarren This is for men though, not for women. So if you want looks and sleekness, buy a macbook pro. I am in military and I need something that can handle a beating like a man, not those womanly looking notebooks that I see everyday.

I want this for college. Durability is definitely an issue for me when it comes to my laptop. My current Dell Inspiron is falling apart. It doesn't look like this would fit in my backpack too well but it has handles so hey! Lol.

You're right though, it can handle all sort of conditions better than a standard notebook.

I am interested in one of these toughbooks. How to they compare with just regular laptops for example like macbooks? In terms of memory capacity.
Toughbooks are way more expensive. Does that make it necessarily better?

they are comparable in most ways with your typical 14-inch notebook, they can just take a drop better. they tend to be pretty light as well. in the case of the f8 there is a handle, which almost nothing else has.

it's actually all magnesium. but you are right--it doesn't look particularly impressive on video.
