Hey I'm John Steczko

Inside this video I'm going to give you a great diet advice which is going to make you lose 20 pounds of fat in 90 days.

This diet advice is all about sugar and carbohydrates. You probably heard before that sugar is unhealthy. Well, in order to lose weight you have to watch over what sugars you're eating.

Not only white sugar is dangerous. In order to lose fat you must decrease the "bad carb" intake. This diet advice is all about that.

Bad carbs are products made of white flour like bread or pasta. If you want to lose weight and become a lean person, you must replace these bad carbs with good carbs.

The good carbs are: oatmeal, yams, beans, vegetables... Focus on eating the good carbs, not the bad carbs.

I hope this diet advice will help you. I hope to connect with you on my site: http://wakeupfitnow.com/

  • To Loose Weight u gotta watch your carbs in general! Even those "good"! Vegetables and salads r more nutral so u can eat plenty of them with fat/protein foods like meat, fish, eggs, dairy, olives, some low carb nuts, use olive oil for dressing, coconut oil or beef dripping for cooking or butter for scrambled eggs. Eat Real food!! If u eat "good carbs" keep fat separate.. All explained by Zoe Harcombe on her videos and book Stop Conting Calories and Start Loosing Weight.. All The Best!!

  • This is very helpful. I already stoped eating bread but now I see it might now be enough. Maybe I should start exercising.

  • Thanks, I heard before that white flour is not healthy but I wasn't sure.
