I knew I've already seen this game somewhere, it was from the first time you uploaded this playthrough. I remember it drew my attention but the quality was so poor and I didn't continue watching. This version is fantastic, congratulations for your hard work!

The intro is awesome, almost like watching a late 70's cartoon. Yes, the gameplay is reminiscent of Shadow of the Beast, even the story is very similar in some ways. The gameplay takes a while to get into you, but it's great nonetheless.
