change administrators password

How to change and administrator password without knowing the password..if you could see heres an overview..
1.start
2.run
3.type "cmd" no quotes and click ok
4.type "net user" then press enter
5.then all the accounts will pop up ..
6.figure out which one you want to change and type.... "net user administrator * where it says administrator is whichever account you want to change
7.Type A password for the user..Please note that when your typing in the password you WILL NOT be able to see what your typing soo make sure its rite..
8.Verify the password
9.exit and the account password is changed!!

i dont wanna change it, i just wanna figure it out so i can download stuff. is there a way to do that? cuz my dads gonna get pissed if i change it... even though it's not his computer anymore he has his own. everytime i try to install something, it asks for his password.
