Update- The new video is posted. Well, it is not quite a two years difference (it's actually 20 months) between videos. But, Jay is 12 years old in the new 2008 video, 20 months older than he is in this video.

THOSE THAT ARE INTERESTED!...this coming spring or summer (08), Jay will post another video of this solo so you guys can see the effects of a little added age, strength, size, and experience. He was 10 years old when this was shot, but will be 12 when we post the comparative video. No, we do not expect the playing/technique to be perfect, but you will see a dramatic improvement, which will be very impressive given his age.

Original Description:
In this run-through of Tornado, Jay is focusing more on speed and playing it as fast as he can while trying to still have decent sound quality and playing the dynamics. He plays it at about 120 bpm. The indicated bpm for Tornado is 130. We did post a video that includes a slower and cleaner run-through of the rudiment and solo (at about 110BPM). Again, Jay is 10 and has been playing for about 5 years.
