Video shows Executive Sous Chef, Eric Peters preparing his 1st place award winning dish at the 2010 Dallas Wine and Food Festival's Rising Star chefs' Contest. The dish, a cherry pistachio crusted lamb loin with a vegetable feta orzo and a red wine pan sauce will be served at the rising Star Chefs' Award Dinner to be held at the Nasher Sculpture Center, Thursday April 22, 2010.
