Russias Chief Military Prosecutor said an attempt to smuggle anti-submarine missiles and aviation bombs was foiled in the Navy. The weapons were meant to be later sold to China.

@madeinamerica650 Anything built in China as far as arms go is often deficit or inferior in quality and reliability, aside from everything they build being copies of clones of weapons from the west and Russia, Often they will jump at any chance to get the real thing,

What does it mean tried to sell to China? Tried to sell to Chinese government or some criminal groups within China? Why on earth would China want to buy rockets from smugglers? Spy games?
