I think Jennifer Love Hewitt did an amazing job and portrays Audrey Hepburn beautifully but then again I am a huge fan of Jennifer anyway.

Actually she left Belgium for England in 1935 and not in 1939. In 1939 she came back to Holland because her mother was worried about her because of the outbreak of war between England and Germany

@lotsandlotsofbubbles in this bio of her called Enchantment. it's pretty good so far. one of them said all Ella did was bad-mouth their dad when he left, but it doesnt seem like audrey would really lie.

they really should've waited for emmy to grow up. Jennifer did an unbelievably terrible job ruining this movie (which probly wasnt destined to be good anyway but still). emmy could have at least made it suck less.

I think they should've waited another 2 years or so so Emmy Rossum could've just played older Audrey instead of the young one, haha.

i think it's so sad that a father can just up and leave their family like that. if they were just married i could understand i little better but i dont understand how he could just leave that adorable little girl like that. especially when she says, "please don't leave us father!"
i bet he was kicking himself when she became a mega superstar later in her life. serves him right. carma, carma is all it is.
