Thats not true. Ethiopian airlines has one of the best records on earth. One of the largest fleet in the worls as well and has won lots of prices. Even the last place crash in the US where the pilot diched the plane into the see he said he learnt a lot from the Ethiopian Pilot (Leul) who first ditched the plan into the see soe years earlier. Dont be negative. Nigerian airlines reflect our attitude towards life. Other countries are doing ok,

lol...on a serious note, arik air is the way then aero...dont understand whats going on at virgin nigeria yet. my smoothest flight(s) have been on chanchangi though! i think they have great pilots there (as at 2009)

When you depart Lagos airport you have to give dash to self proclaimed airport officials. Whats the normal bribe you have to give to the man in the Army General's Uniform, the man in the Police Inspector Uniform, the man in the Air Force Uniform, the man in the Nigerian Navy Officer's uniform, the man in the Customs Uniform, the man in the Other Assorted Officials uniforms? I think they all got the uniforms from some serving officer they shot, and promptly took up positions at the airport.

That's the best view of Lagos - leaving it. Shell did a survey of all internal airlines in Nigeria, and Chan Changi was "the only one with any disernable form of routine maintenance." So in MTN we were all instructed to fly with them.

Ethiopian air my be one of the best in africa but it definetely does not have the largest fleet in the world. No african airline does!!!!!!
