i have been listening to all kinds of music for almost forty years and always pay homage to excellent artists and can without a doubt of any kind...say that m. ward is as GREAT as IF NOT BETTER THAN dylan....he is a radical, brilliant departure from all the drivel that passes as `popular' music these days and sadly will never be recognized for his musical genius.

Wow, some of you people are easy to impress. Perhaps he is talented but you'd never know it from this video. Lame, Lame, Lame.  Sounds like he needs guitar and singing lessons. Guys like this are all over the sidewalks in Seattle and they are just as lame as this guy.

you are crazy to call him as great or better than dylan. first off most of the dudes good stuff are daniel johnston covers. second the dude wouldn't be anything had he not been spoon fed influence by dylan and dylan has over 50 brilliant albums how many does ward have? I think the dude is decent no genius and nowhere dylan.
