its usually not one group but several or most, be fair, america has done many fine things in the past but its recent history is filled with cock ups, cringe worthy politics and outright retardation.
So it deserves no respect or special treatment from anyone, don't get me wrong there is a lot I love america for so please see the bashing as 'tough love'

I love the SH series, I'm replaying SH2 at the moment.
downpour comes out in my region next month, lets cross fingers and hope it doesn't leave out psychology in favor for extra gore.

I agree with people who say that the Silent Hill games really changed when they switched makers. Double Helix, located in California, has a very different idea of survival horror than Team Silent did. More gore, less psychological horror. Both ideas of a "horror game" are completely valid, I just wish people didn't feel the need to replace one with the other. Why can't there be American survival horror games and Japaneses ones? Why do they have to mesh together into the same thing?

@MsSapphire91 I agree. Homecoming, in a sense, doesn't really fit into the SH series IMO. I thought more than being creepy and focusing on inner demons/sins, it focused more on the gore :l It was still pretty good.

I loved SH 4 the most but all of them are great....i've yet to play homecoming. Extraordinary song!
