http://www.keithmolloy.com The best way to get cardiovascularly fit & burn bodyfat is to perform intense short bursts of exercise. In this 3 minute circuit you will see Mike perform 4 challenging exercises. This type of training functionally works a lot of muscle, which drives the heart rate up. This will cause good caloric burn during the workout, but a 40 minute workout like this will cause you to burn fat for the next 24-36 hours! I mostly train clients Baby Boomer age & older. You have to work up to this kind of intensity, and perform workouts this tough only twice per week. The other workouts in between should be less intense, and made up of; static stretching, foam rolling and recovery type cardio. Check it out!

  • good mornings also directly target the lower lumbar/erector spinae.. decent vid tho- explaining how to progressivly add either weight, reps, volume, and/or decrease rest time.. lol reminds me of Average Joe's gym from dodgeball tho hahaha
