Obama is Trying to Weasel Out of Georgia Ballot Eligibility Hearing. What is Obama Hiding?

Obama has been subpoenaed by Judge Malihi to show up in court on January 26, 2012 with specific documentation to prove his eligibility to be on the Georgia ballot. Apparently, Obama doesn't feel he is required to abide by Georgia Ballot law to prove eligibility. Obama doesn't respect state law and feels he is above the law.

All states should applaud Georgia and join in the effort.

From Judge Malihi's decision:
7. Code Sections 21-2-190 to 21-2-200 set out the procedures of the presidential preference primary and also provide no exception to the Section 21-2-5 qualification requirement. This Court finds no basis under Georgia law why the qualification requirements in Section 21-2-5 would not apply to a candidate for the office of the president in the presidential preference primary.

8. Accordingly, this Court finds that Defendant is a candidate for federal office who has been certified by the state executive committee of a political party, and therefore must, under Code Section 21-2-5, meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.

Side note:
The holding (not dicta/dictum) of SCOTUS is a "natural born Citizen" has 2 US citizen parents in Minor v. Happersett. This binding precedent wasn't overturned in Wong Kim Ark. Wong Kim Ark dealt with a citizen as defined by the 14th Amendment.

President Obama is in default, based on the no show in a Georgia Court.

I urge all states to follow the example of Georgia and force this issue for the people.

I am truly sorry to see this type of scandal and the cowardly disrespect of our President.

The Constitution must be followed by the rich & poor and there are no exclusions or exceptions under the law for a Current President or passed President to be exempt or excluded from his responsibility.

Obama refused to show - and the Judge declined to rule a default against him.

The Judge allowed the plaintiffs to present evidence of problems with Obama's eligibility claim but stated he would not give weight to the evidence because he believed those presenting it are not "experts".

Malihi has ignored the law and has gone to extremes to help Obama dodge the REQUIREMENT that he demonstrate his eligibility to be on the ballot.

The Judge did Obama a huge favor. It's the "Chicago Way".
