@sparkxgames Thanks for the reply, I installed Windows 7 previously had Vista , And it has fixed the suttering, Not entirely sure what the stuttering was about, Maybe ram. Cheers

@Insurgent999 If the cpu is running at 2.4ghz the problem most likely is your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu thats why it stutters but it can be easily fixed by just overclocking your cpu to about 3.2or 3.4ghz depending on your power supply but really bumping it up shouldnt use that much power :)

OIC, non-reference. Is that the one with dual fans on the cooler clocked 20mhz above stock?
-
@chronDiggity In that case, I must be extremely lucky, as I am writing this, my Sapphire 6870 non-reference is peaking 1055MHz Core clock.
-
NO, they're not.
They are cheaper because they buy up lots of hardware from ATI with the highest rate of failure. As gpus are made, they are tested. Some chips will be able to clock far above the rest, and some won't. ATI must set the stock clock rates based on the average that all gpus can handle. Sapphire buys up hardware with gpus unable to handle the higher clocks, or with higher chance of failure. They hedge their bets in order to be cheapest.
