Nicholas Heap is wrong...improving our transportation systems make the movement of people and products more efficient...therefore less fuel is consumed than by vehicles immobilized in gridlock...commuters and companies delivering their products are not going to stop going to work or stop delivering wares because the bridges are bottle necked... the carbon tax is merely another naziesque program designed to exercise control..dictated by govt. and supported by eugenicists like David Suzuki...
