OMG.... That was so wrong!!! If that was my daughter I would've sued the police department and BOTH officers! The one allowing this to take place is just as bad!! I have NO respect for officers like this! That made me soo angry to watch. Excessive force is an understatment....ASSHOLE...wha t makes it worse is he is pleading not guilty!
