Before I read your reply thats exactly what I was going to say. Of course if they wanted to make life easier for the stall holders and carnival goers they could. But this is about making people feel so fed up with the disorganisation that they stop renting pitches and to enable them to promote 'alternative' sites as more conducive to carnival.
But that's for them...not fi we...

Levi roots yu right, yu right, yu right!! No running water, yu haffi a walk ana look water,two staff have to bring back gallons of it! No electricity, then they bang on an on bout health and safety, an if dat deh generator brok down inna carnival, your F**ked!! and the prices for the two days start at the biggest pitch £900.00!!not lying! , and as usual want to see stallholders out of notting hill carnival, n go to hyde park , no atmosphere....Dannng got that off my chest...good vid.....
