how do you add new sprites to pokemon games? I want to add a new town. I have the buildings and warp zones set up, but there are no people... please help

@darkomegasonic Uh, yeah I know that. I was commenting on something he said in the video. It sounded like he was talking about the Pokemon Special/Adventures manga and he implied that Red started with Pika when really he started with Saur. That's all.
