us girls are told that parts of us are ugly..

Alot of people have great improvement after the surgery, but obsess over every tiny little flaw they see or imagine. These people will never be content with thier nose, no matter how many revisions they get. It is said that around 15% of PS patients have some form of BDD. Then again surgery is not a tool to perfection, even the greatest surgeon may require a revision.

Okay, I must just say, that this is probably one of the most random videos I have ever seen. Yet again, I was kind of strange to of typed 'Rhinoplasty' in the first place. I am to have it, probably on my 18th, but I am just not good at describing what I 'want' you know what I mean?
