Homemade Infared (IR) Burning Laser pointer 150-200mW

This is my homemade Infared laser pointer! it was cheap to made!

The parts:
Axis laser module=5$
LM317 laser diode driver= 2$ homemade
CD burners laser diode=Free, i get it from my CD burner
Box=1$

And about the diode input, its 2.2V.

and the DvD driver works on this diode too.. the only difrents is the dvd diode=9V battery and the IR diode 2x 1,5v diode

Sorry but it cannot be seen.Watch Discovery.I also seen an episod on myth busters when they used IR...

They are right...infrared rays cannot be seen...Look on Discovery.I also saw on Myth Busters in an episod

Sorry but it can't be a CD burner it has to be a DVD burner...because CD burners use IR (Infrared ) spectrum and it cannot be seen and is considered more dangerous to the eyes.
