Good job,but this one of other method of Unlocking.otherwise with RC3 there will be Blackra1n on springboard when you click there is 3 choices to Install:Cydia,Rock & Blacksn0w (Sn0w).5Star for you

yep, blackra1n is to jailbreak your iphone and to install cydia ,, and abt getting cydia without jailbreaking . . Ahh i don't know

I'm with ATT. I want to get Cydia for the apps and customization possibilites. Do I need to jailbreak? Is that what the blackra1n program does?

Its because its a tethered jailbreak. You have to rerun blackra1n everytime you reboot your phone.

I have an iphone 3gs and i unlocked and jailbroke it, but when i turn it off and back on, it says that it is in recovery mode, everytime i do this. Does anybody know why?? THX
