The report does raise concern especially when compared with Pakistan. At the same time we should we should remember that, ours’ is an independent indigenously developed missile program that has evolved marvelously over a period of time. We have the necessary technical know how for building and further enhancing such product. Rather than getting alarmed, India should try to remove bottlenecks that have stalled any progress in our missile development program. Besides, we may take comfort in the fact Pakistan has acquired missiles either clandestinely or bought them from countries such as China and Korea depriving it of necessary technical know how.

@cardude1992 if having a missile implies their induction in to the army then NO India only has Prithvi inducted so far in their Army...Pakistan Army on the other hand has already armed itself with Missiles like Hatf-I/IA, Abdali-I, Nasr (Hatf-IX), Ghaznavi, Ghauri I, Shaheen I, Ghauri II, Shaheen II, Ghauri-III, Shaheen-III, Taimur with Taimur having a range of 7000km+ not to mention the latest induction of cruise missiles like Babur-I, Babur-II & Ra'ad ALCM.I wouldn't call it even.
