1. Save The Game.
2. Kill The Vendor (Any Way).
3. Load The Game To The Save In Step 1.
4. The Vendor Will Have New Items

Hey bullet i was doing the money glitch in dawnstar but eventually the cat caravan would show up but the girl that sold items isnt there anymore

so buying lockpicks can increase lockpicking..

thumbs this up so eeryone sees
1.You can break lockpicks faster by sneaking and being unseen it will make it so you don't leave the the actual lock window
2.If you go to wait 48 hours as soon as you hit (a) on wait and you press the xbox button on your controller the time goes down significantly faster

You don't need to kill the merchant, just save then ask what he has for sale or injure him/her then load saved ^.^ but killing is fun too xD
