  • for the record, atp is adenosine triphosphate and you are left over with ADP not DTP

  • @Wowblogger not true because when u burn the ADP which is a very powerful compo which takes a lot of energy to get the 3 phosphate molecules the more energy is stored. you can only use ATP u can't use DTP thats why creatine gives boost because you have it stored for when u need and your body does not need to create it.

  • hi goodmilk!!, i´ve been training for 2 years and i´ve thinking in take monohydratate creatine...but i looked in internet and i found 3 cases in which the creatine produce kidney problems, it´s is totally secure??, because we don´t know the side effect of a long term of this supplement!!...How much time you have been taking creatine??!!....thanks a lot!!!

  • @vittylandiaforever thats the problem guys there is a lot of side effects that ppl dont know yet there could be anything down the road that we dont know to be honest!! so these are all just side effects we are seeing now that creatine is getting older. ppl dont understand it like drinking beer everyday everyone know ur will get liver problems right. everyone knows that. but with creatine not every on knows!!!

  • This guy knows his stuff good info man!!

    In ur opinion do pills work the same as powder?

  • I have never taken it in pill form but it is not very common amongst anyone i know, either power bar or powder, i like the powder form the best!!!

  • @goodmilk06 no dude

    ATP= energy source

    to get energy from it your body breaks the bond between the 2nd and 3rd phosphate releasing that energy

    when the bond is broken you are left with ADP (adenosine triphosphate) and one Phosphate

  • Is this the smartest dumb guy in the world?

  • If you can take the time to learn the goods and bad's about eggs for breakfast, then it shouldn't be to hard to learn about shake powers.

  • Thanks for the explanation, everything you've said is backed up scientifically and yeah people get a bit silly when it comes to taking supplements. They start worrying that putting something in your body that's already there might cause problems which aren't explained. On the other hand, you look ALOT like Gabe Ruediger, seriously, man. Google him.

  • good vid. honest.

  • Real quick question... If i work out and take creatine then stop taking creatine n continue to work out will my muscles like deflate or do anything I wouldn't want????

  • Ok! I´ll keep these in mind!. Thanks you so much for the information. It helps me so much!!

    See ya! ;)
