This documentary follows two young revolutionaries in the country of Azerbaijan which is situated between Iran and Turkey. Azerbaijan is ruled by dictatorship under the guise of democracy and many of the people aren't willing to take this grave injustice any longer. This film documents the great trials and personal obstacles one would goes through while fighting in a dictatorship, after to many obvious fixed elections the people of Azerbaijan attempt to gain recognition from world leaders through means of the press and the results are hopeful yet quite disappointing at the time. I urge all Americans who'll feel cheated this election to look at what's happening elsewhere in the world where a dictatorship is posing as a democracy and take note, action and eventual victory.

  • YOU, Azerbaijan haters and enemies, if you go to local grocery store now and couple years ago, would you notice the difference??? Years ago, you can get large selection of cheap things and couple expensive, but now? Now you see large selection of not cheap things in stores, and limited selection of cheap and very expensive. What does this tell you? Of course not, because you don't care, the only thing you want is to have control over Azerbaijan, get the oil as cheap and as much as you can!!!

  • couldn't watch this to the end... complete bullshit!

Russia, Europe, US, NATO they start panic that Azerbaijan becomes more stronger, economically independent and try to form bad image of Azerbaijan in the world.

I notice the change in Azerbaijan, improvement from year to year, people start living better, but it is not reflected in world media.

  • @axeldude444 Exactly, Azerbaijan is nothing like this, I fully understand why Ilham was elected as the president. It was hard times and it was dangerous for elections. Azerbaijan is a modern clean and beautiful place. These videos were taken right after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

  • long live Aliev. the only sultan of Azerbaijan.

stop blaming him, he is doing his best to keep his people under control and selling oil to West. opposition of azerbaijan sucks! it simply does not exist.

  • They're not supporting revolutions, simply documenting. There is a clear difference.

why should our countries be dicatated and put to war by the empires of the east and west. Let us put down our weapons and join in force. May the forgotten Transcacusus be reborn, and may peace come to these three nations.
