Is there a way to backup my music to iCloud? Is that what iTunes Match is all about? It seems like my Purchased music is already backed up, just that I have to re-download them again if I lose my iPhone. Is there a way to backup my iTunes library to iCloud?

So far, you have done the best in explaining the big picture of how things sync. I think apple put way too much information out there so it's all over the place... people are freaking out at Apple support -- discussion.
