His lyrics were incredible obviously ... But he did have a GOOD voice. I don't know why he didn't sing more. This song is pretty intense and mystical.

@DaftSwank....... I went and watched the "Friend of the Flag video" immediately after this one finished and she stands out even moreso in that Video. I'm thinking thats the sister Bernie was married too in that video as she looked very much like Renee. I loved this Album when it first came out in the 80's and it still sounds great all these years later, one of the great songwriters of the last 40 years without doubt
