its that wierd slidythingy: put exo on, start to run (works on walking to), then un-exo and say somehting like /swim3 (one after the other really fast, like a special cz) and stop pressing in the direction you were running. if you still have trouble with it, then just do the unexo and stop running right after unexoing; you should still be running, then can type things like /pbj and u do it moving
