All federal agencies are required to give the public an opportunity to comment on a draft before it is made final. Ya know, it's funny that I run in to this video because I've been researching a little tonight and I came across a few facts and a realization. The bees began to die out in the 1980s "Monsanto scientists became the first to genetically modify a plant cell in 1982. Five years later, Monsanto conducted the first field tests of genetically engineered crops." Perhaps the natural God given plants we were given are genetically unnatural now and that's what has effected the bees so horribly?
