it happened to me when tryed to run it from burned dvd, once in the internal hdd, the problem never shows again

I've tried this on three 360's now, all the same result, not every time but happens at least 75% of the time at the same part of the track on the replay,
This is a known bug and loads of posts about it on the Forza 3 forum..
