The third track from the Guess Who's 1968 LP, 'Wheatfield Soul'.

'I Found Her in a Star' is one of Cummings' greatest compositions. The song features Bachman on fuzz guitar. It's songs like this that make it a shame that The Guess Who aren't nearly as popular as they should be.

Composer(s): B. Cummings
Performer(s): The Guess Who
Producer(s): Jack Richardson

  • This is the best song of all time.

  • Tiny: Thanks so much for the post. This takes me back to my high school days. God... it was so long ago. But, the music was so good. It is the one part of my youth I will always have with me. Thanks again.

  • @bigredoneder Currently in my high school days... It's just not fair. You had the Beatles and Stones, and I get Justin Beiber and Jersey Shore. Nothing can be done about it, but the music of yester generation hasn't gone anywhere. "Kids these days" don't have bad taste, they just aren't being played good music. Play these songs to any people my age like I have, and they go nuts. Luckily, I was raised by this music. Hell, I learned to read from the back of Beatle LPs.
