This one is fairly new and I could've sworn that I had heard it before.
Once again I am sorry if it has already been uploaded. I looked around like mad and couldn't find it anywhere. The tags I used were the artist, album and title.
Call me lazy if you want to but I'm not going through the thousands of U.N. Owen was her? related videos just to find this one.

This is a remix of the song U.N. Owen was her? composed by the creator of the popular Touhou Projects which are a series of 2D shooting games. He goes by the name ZUN (Speculated name: Jun'ya Ota.)
The theme song itself has become highly popular aswell as subject to countless remixes.
U.N. Owen was her? can be heard in Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil and plays during the encounter with Flandre Scarlet who is this game's extra boss.
