Everyone knows people that can't read. There called children, About a 5th of our nation if not more can't read. That's universal. Is the answer supposed to be difficult? She still hasn't even given a real answer

I think she is trying to make up for her misunderstanding the question from last time by answering with NOT an answer but an opinion. A much better answer would be a simple "I personally believe that 1/5 of our nation could be to young or perhaps to mentally retarded to even read a map." But instead she decides to insult the possibly blind, infant or mentally ill people of our country. Still very dumb
