Pinochet's death stirred emotions in Chilean communities worldwide, such as in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Australia and even in the U.S. Is it true Toronto is the largest Chilean expatriate community? I thought it was Stockholm or Amsterdam, as the neutrality of the Netherlands and Sweden provided the best place of political asylum. +
