hello, i have a history of asthma and i do not know if it's reoccuring again. When i had a lot of exercise, i feel chest pains and sometimes i get breathles, but i don't have the wheezing thing. one night i woke up coz i can't breath there's something that made it painful for me to breathe all i can do is cry. can somebody suggest me anything?

@wilkinson4eva yuck ive been to the hospital a fair few times in the last couple of years and had the oxygen and oxygen mixed with meds and it tastes sooooooo gross, especially the adreniline mixed with ventolin mixed with saline its so gross makes you want to puke. hope ur beter now by the way hope you havent been back for anyhing to drastic since

tight chest can be a sympton of asthma however it could be palpatations or a heart murmur. If it hurts alot its more likely to be cardiac.

I have had several too in the last year ive bin in and out of hospital. It could be the fact i also suffer panic disorder so that could lead to it. I am on ventalin and solbutamol or w.e its called. I dunno why but ive got used to the oxygen masks and yes ur right they do taste nice for some odd reason

The other thing doctors found alot of success with is meditaion. Guiding patience through visual imagery that is relaxing shortened the lenth of the attacks and also helped prevent them. I'm a pretty hyper dude but I'm learning the chil factor is huge for over all good health. I hope that helps a litle bro.
