i did what you said and when i export it into my picture files, its not there??

@jlampert99 - in the Export dialogue box there is a Watermark section. You need to do two things-- check on the option for watermarks then select the watermark you created from the pulldown menu. If it says "Simple Copyright Watermark" Lightroom is just using its default settings. If your watermark isn't in the list, you can click Edit watermark to create one.
