Im in School right now and we are about to read about Amelia Earhart right now and My Father is a pilot and 4 about a year I have been wanted to become a pilot just like him!!!

i cant believe how cold everyone's being. this is a touching and heartbreaking true story of amelia who crashed her plane and went missing and you all are making it into a big joke!

u may think that, but in that time period women were underated and people believed that women could not do the thing that men could have done, so when she said it doesnt matter man or owmen could do that, that is why people loved her so much because she proved even if she os a women she could do it. Also another reason why she is famous is she completely dissapeared and went missing, no one really knows what happened to her, I've seen this movie and trust me she is not over rated!

@MrMeineNamen to be honest she was undoubtedly thee most famous woman in the world in the 1930's. Perhaps even more than Elinor Roosevelt. Get your facts straight. This movie barely even touches who she really was and what she really accomplished.
