Only 15mn to train?No worries at all!Try this:- 5 cleans + Presses- 5 Kettlebell swings- 5 rows on the back extension bench- 5 one hand cable chest presses- 5 wood chops- 4 sets, 2 mn rest between sets- 1 set last 2mn- 14mn workout- yeah!
