As an aside I'll just mention that in an expression involving will be + verb + -ing. The word containing the -ing is not a gerund it is a present participle. A gerund looks the same but fills takes the role of a noun: Walking is healthy activity, for instance.

Hi Erica, 2010 was after 2009 a challenging year for Vinci Energies in the Netherlands. So we had in 2010 a Strategic retreat with all the company directors. Vision, mission and SO's. We are now up and running again in 2011. Better than expected. I had the idea to invite some business goeroe at the retreat. But in stead came up with the idea to invite you trough youtube.
