This is the second upload in my series of the "Best Soul Records Of All Time".
Recorded this on a C120 audio tape from a radio show in 1976 - possibly Mike Raven's. I still have the tape and it plays! Finally got the LP it came from on Ebay a few years back and transferred this track to my PC - the rest of the album is OK for trumpet enthusiasts, but it's not for me. Not many single tracks I would buy an album for but this is definitely one of them. I got rid of any glitches and as it wasn't long enough, I extended it by 2 mins! Vocals are by Earl Moss. If I ever get married again (!) this is the track I would play for the last dance at the evening bash. Just about perfect. Enjoy!
